  • We currently deliver within Bahrain and GCC countries.
  • International shipping outside the GCC may be available upon request—please contact us for details.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 Hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Bahrain: same day if the order placed before 12 PM, otherwise it will be next day
  • GCC countries: 3-7  days depending on courier and customs clearance.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details (if available).
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment once dispatched.

6. Customs & Duties (for GCC/International Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities.
  • Gent Station is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

7. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing your order.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping fees will apply.
  • If you fail to accept delivery, your order may be canceled and refunded (minus shipping charges).

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  • Provide photos of the packaging and items so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
