Return & Refund Policy

At Gent Station, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Products not eligible for return:

  • Opened grooming products, cosmetics, or personal care items (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or discounted “final sale” items.
  • Products returned without proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.

3. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Gent Station will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or product exchange instead of a refund, depending on the situation.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (for example, if you received the wrong size or item), please follow the return process. Once approved, we will send the replacement item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging. We will prioritize sending you a replacement or issuing a refund.
